The fastest way to get a quote
Use the online enquiry form. It asks for the details we would otherwise have to collect over two or three emails, which means the quotation comes back in one round rather than three. It is also the only channel that reaches the team as a structured record rather than as free text someone has to interpret.
What to include in your first message
- What is being valued — the company, the shareholding, the instrument, the asset
- Why — audit, acquisition, share transfer, option grant, dispute, internal reference
- As at what date — the reporting date, acquisition date, grant date or instrument date
- Who will rely on the report — your auditor, a regulator, a counterparty, a court
- Any deadline — filing dates, board meetings, completion dates
- Rough scale — revenue and total assets are enough to size the engagement

How quickly will I get a response?
Enquiries submitted through the online form are usually answered the same or the next working day with a fee quote and an information request list. Urgent matters flagged as urgent are prioritised -- say so in the enquiry rather than following up separately.
Is there a charge for the initial discussion?
No. Scoping the engagement, giving a view on feasibility, listing the information required and issuing a fixed-fee quotation are all free and carry no obligation.
Do you meet clients in person in Singapore?
Yes, for engagements where it helps -- site visits for asset valuations, management interviews for business valuations, audit committee attendance where the measurement is significant. Most routine engagements run efficiently by video call and document exchange.
Can we sign an NDA before sharing information?
Yes. We will sign your NDA or provide ours, and confidentiality is handled under our ISO 9001 quality system regardless. Send the enquiry with only as much detail as you are comfortable sharing at that stage -- we can scope from a general description.
