Trademark Valuation

Valtech’s Valuation team recently finalized a trademark valuation for a semiconductor manufacturing company. We are proud to serve as a trusted valuation firm, providing valuable insights to clients in the semiconductor industry.

Rigorous Methodologies

Trademark valuation involves assessing an intangible asset, and in this case, we employed Multi Period Excess Earnings Method (MPEEM) under the income approach. The MPEEM method estimates the value of an intangible asset by calculating the present value of the expected future excess earnings generated by that asset. Excess earnings refer to the earnings that exceed the normal return on tangible assets. The method assumes that these excess earnings are a direct result of the intangible asset being valued. Throughout the valuation process, we thoroughly analyzed the target company’s financial projections and conducted extensive market research to ensure accuracy and reliability. Additionally, we maintained open and effective communication with the client, ensuring the smooth flow of information and addressing any concerns promptly.

Well-founded Valuation Opinion

By employing rigorous methodologies and considering various factors, our valuation team delivered a comprehensive and well-founded valuation opinion for the client. We take pride in our commitment to delivering reliable and trustworthy valuation services to our clients.
